Apart from growing up in a rural community whose main occupation then is farming, to us is a hobby. The first attempt into farming with commercial intent was in the year 2010. As someone working in a blue-chip company, raising initial investment capital was easy. We had a great maize harvest and super proud of myself.
While waiting for cassava to mature for harvest, something happened at my place of work. Due to the economic situation in the country, the company needs to increase working hours from 48hrs per week to 60hrs for sustainability. Because of this, I could not visit my farm for a few weeks. Eventually the day I visit the farm. I hardly recognize my farmland as it has turned into a Laterite mining site. I almost fainted. That is how #250k is wasted.
Going forward, having learned from experience. came back in 2017, BISCOMROYAL AGRO ALLIED SERVICES was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.
